HPS lost our most trusted advisor on August 5, 2020. Matt was my partner in life and one of the people who pushed me to start this firm. Matt had the most brilliant mind and always offered sound advice. Matt's vast experience working in public and private company board rooms on Executive Pay for 25 years provided an insight and vision to our company that helped us to grow as quickly as we did. Matt saw HPS as being a global leader in the training and development space. He saw my ability to lead and pull people together as a strong foundation for this firm.

On a personal note, Matt and I shared a life, a home and a love for the outdoors. He opened up a world to me that I will forever be grateful. His life ended abruptly and our time together was too short. He is missed terribly everyday and loved for eternity. Rest in Peace.
